    Yes, we offer annual termite inspections, warranty inspections and CL100 reports. We have different types of termite treatments that suit the need for your property.
  • Do you offer commercial services and is there a size limitation?
    We offer all kinds of termite and pest control services for hotels, motels, condos, apartment complexes and office buildings. We are happy to service any size property that you may need treatment for.
  • Are your pest control treatments safe for children and pets?
    Yes, we offer different types of treatments that are safe for people and pets.
  • What should I do to prepare my home for a pest control visit?
    This all depends on the type of pest service needed. Our office or on-site technician can go over this with you when scheduling.
  • Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your services?
    Absolutely! Our termite treatments have an annual warranty that gets renewed each year. When having quarterly pest control done to your property call back services are included in between services when there is a pest issue under that set treatment.
  • How can I tell if my home has a termite or pest infestation?
    To tell if your home has a termite or pest problem, look for signs like: mud tubes along the foundation, discarded termite wings, small piles of sawdust-like droppings (frass), buckling wood flooring, hollow-sounding wood when tapped, visible damage to wood, cracks in the wall with visible insect activity, difficulty opening doors or windows due to wood damage, and small holes in drywall or wallpaper. We recommend that one of our trained professionals come out to do an inspection to your property for any signs of an infestation.
  • Do you offer recurring visits for ongoing treatments/services?
    We offer recurring visits on all of our termite and pest services we provide.
  • Is there any service that we may have to leave the premises for a set period of time?
    Our services where people and pets cannot be in the property would be our german roach and bed bug treatments. Other services may include yard treatments where you must wait for the yard to fully dry before re-entering.
